Back after a long time away

I stopped working on Rework for months.

Not deliberately. ClearShift needed me, DNA needed
me, and there were family things that needed me
more than either. Then one week became a month,
and a month became "I'll get back to it properly
soon."

The honest version is that I felt bad about it the
whole time. Every time I saw the site sitting
there, unchanged.

I'm back on it now. Properly this time — not in
the gaps between other things.

What I've learned from the gap: a business you
built for freedom can still make you feel guilty
when you step away from it. That's worth paying
attention to. If it starts to feel like a job I
didn't agree to, that's the signal to change it —
not to work harder at it.

So I'm starting again, and I'm doing it in the
open this time.
